If the size is unsuitable, damaged, or incorrect items are received, please contact us or visit our store within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product for an exchange (late requests will not be accepted). A photo must be provided as proof, but no refunds or exchanges for different styles will be accepted.

All returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition, including the main product, outer and inner packaging, accessories, and free gifts.
